The nut you can see is for the lambda.
F4R engines aren't exact built to the tightest tolerances. And can vary more than you'd think, engine-to-engine.
So the OP's F4R might have developed less than the quoted figure from the factory, it wouldn't be the first time.
1: Common problem. Replacement jets required. It's a bumper-off job too. :(
2: Common problem. Can be resolved by modifying the top mounts.
3: Phone K-Tec ASAP! If they fitted the kit, let them advise you.
