Castor adjustment sounds good. im i right in thinking that phase 2's have more castor as standard than phase 1's? Im sure ive read that its to do with the lower wishbones. This would be why adey (even with the adjusted tops) would still have less than Dan?

how did he adjust the castor? I thought it was fixed

the camera did have batteries actually!! Just not very good footage coz it was pointing skywards slightly coz of the shape of the bumper.......... but yea, fail!

It could affect the mpg and performance if its the wrong grade. check what they put in it should be 5/w40 iirc

to be fair to the guy he did glance over at the car from a long way away when he said that. he probably thoight it was a '5' T1 or something

pm quade, he has one of these and his car goes very well and makes impressive figures on the rollers

felt like the standard ride over the bumps, very little body roll, lovely turn in, steering feel much better. the h&r's are good on track (if a little soft) but imo not as good as the ast on the road. And again im not selling, fed up with the dozens of pm's every time i comment on this subject

I have H&R's on my 172 and ive driven Dan's and Adey's on AST's and they are night and day different.

its constantly out mate, just not for car stuff atm........ few more months yet

Its on sportlines iirc, but doesnt seem to have dropped it as much as some. Coilovers wil sort it Quade, you need to change the number plate screw caps to black
