    Is this a familiar sight?

Agreed. He just isnt being very clear with his posts, so I was struggling to see where he was going with his findings

    Does mileage matter

I've read that a lot on this forum, yet my 56k Monaco Ph2 felt far quicker than my 103k Ph1. Both had FSH and belts done

Any one interested in old bikes? - Norton content

So sorry to hear of your loss. I recently lost my old man too, so I know the heartache you will be going through. I would keep the bike and do a resto on it. It doesn't have to be nut n bolt, and they certainly aren't that hard to work on. I reckon your pops would be proud to know you had...

    My E46 330ci M Sport

I wouldn't use 10w40 on a 330. Mine is on 151k and I still use 5w40. Just make sure it's a good quality oil. Also, I've just repaired my disa valve as that was flapping all over and possibly the cause of multiple misfires on the log. £50 repair kit, took me 20 mins to do. Then there was the CCV...

    Ghm's LY 182

Looks a lovely motor, and a credit to you for putting your own stamp on it so quickly. You know what I think would look awesome...... some 172 xenons, not the 182 ones. A little darker to contrast such a bright colour.
