Sorry JP, something's come up - you'll have to find someone else to make the tea.

    Turbo Build - Stage 1, 2 or 3

If you think low boost might not be enough then go all out. But what if that's not enough? Or if money is no issue then go low until you get bored. Then up the ante. And repeat.

How To Get A Brand New ''Brembo'' 4 Pot Kit For Under £600

It has been done, I searched and found several examples but didn't save the links so can't point you in their direction but if you take a look I'm sure you'll come across them.

It's in the diary but my input will be purely administrative.

    One for the bikers.

Enjoyed that video, especially the exit of the final turn and the squeeze between two, was it as tight as it looked? How do you know which grid spot to start from, did I miss the numbering somewhere on circuit, or do you have to pick a static reference point? And did your MX background help...

    Hubcentric spacer advice

H&R or Eibach are reputable. Check out Venom Motorsport's website. Hubcentric is not a brand I've heard of, I thought it was a word that means the spacer has a little lip on it? The opposite to that being a flat spacer. Any spacer, even a 5mm flat spacer will increase stresses, won't they? But...

STOLEN from Notts - RB 182 - REG K13 CAG.

Fingers crossed it turns up soon, but how long would the insurance company wait before they process a claim and settle?

STOLEN from Notts - RB 182 - REG K13 CAG.

You choose to buy a used car, and if you buy privately you even get to meet the previous owner. You're prepared for the situation knowing that someone else has 'experienced' the car, and you make a judgement call to buy or not to buy. You don't choose to have your car stolen and you probably...

STOLEN from Notts - RB 182 - REG K13 CAG.

Can't imagine what it must feel like, car looked lovely. If it was mine I would want the scenario where I didn't get the car back and got the best payout possible. It wouldn't sit well with me that it could have been driven by a rapist / paedophile, used to commit further crime, or had sex /...

    Tim's Trophy - #455

Date change to accommodate Mrs Original Boy Racer's birthday (@Pete.) This will now be happening on the weekend of Friday 11th to Sunday 13th March 2016. Accommodation will be booked before Christmas, which just leaves the route to plan, and whether to open it up to the masses or keep it...

    Tim's Trophy - #455

And if anyone's interested in a few days driving in Wales I'm planning on heading up on Friday 18th March, overnight in Llangollen, Saturday in North Wales finishing up with a night in Aberystwyth, then Sunday down to South Wales. Definitely no off-roading this time!!! Come along if you're free.

Cheers Tommo It wasn't there but the other chap's Subaru was, albeit undercover. The 205 sounds proper. Cheers Andy! Thanks Rob. Ha ha, cheers JP.

    Turbo Conversion Reliability?

Is it problems with reliability that are the issue, or is it people's expectations? I think too many people choose to spend x thousand pounds modifying a 10 year old car to use for 10k hard miles a year and are expecting to have exactly the same running/maintenance costs. You surely have to...

    Tim's Trophy - #455

December 2015 - 58,900 Winter sucks. I've driven less than 100 miles in the last few months and I hate leaving the car for so long but I have no motivation to drive it in these cold, dark and wet conditions when I don't have to. Another reason I've been avoiding driving is because since Wales...

Tyres for my trophy ... help

What are your requirements? Price / noise / wet grip / dry grip / grip in cold conditions / longevity / feel / etc. You can't have everything, tyres are a compromise so name your most important two attributes.

    Thinking about a Trophy

If you go in with your eyes open knowing that you'll pay more for a Trophy, that the Sachs might need a refurb during your ownership irrespective of when they were done last, but that when you sell you'll be able to ask for more than a 182, then it makes for an interesting proposition. From a...

    Trophy Prices To Double ?

The article says 'could' not 'will'. I hope no direct action is being taken as a result of this article. Those who enjoy driving will continue to do so, and those who choose to invest today for a future return will be happy with their choice. I wonder if the FTSE will outperform Trophy...

    Poor V6

From what I heard it was bought for a song a few years back, had a big service recently so is mechanically sound. The wheels are off for refurb and clearly it needs a significant clean or possibly some paint work but then it would be more than presentable. £10k doesn't mean the owner wants to...

    RS2 Inlet Ebay?

Also worth mentioning Dan & Russ are hoping to offer the original RS2 for sale soon - chances are they will be easier to contact than the person/people behind the recently revived RS2 website. More details to come in the coming fortnight once everything has been sorted behind the scenes.
