M.I.B - Motor insurers beurea. Last time I knew they want £350 excess. Might as well just pay the damage yourself and bill the b**ch.
In insurance eyes, you failed to heed the presence of the vehicle on the major road when proceeding from a minor road. Whether she is insured or not...
When I see pics like that, it makes me really miss my Mk1.
that paint work is horric though, proper orange peel. That thing should be like f**king glass
I was thinking of signing up, given a lot of pirate sites for downloading films are closing.
Whats the deal (cant get on to view at work)? Its is £7 a month and stream as many films as you like, all day every day?
How far behind are they for relases on the likes of blockbuster etc?
I am picking the new 172 up on saturday from blackburn and want to take it straight to NWP for the aux belt to be done.
Its an hour drive and not sure I would trust it not to jump off, so need to tow it there.
I would be happy to dip some fuel/beer tokens to anyone that can help
Do NOT tip fuel in the inlet FFS
Can you hear the pump prime when you switch ignition on? It should make a loud buzz noise from the back end. If you cant hear that, then its probably the pink relay thats fucked. These are about £45 each. I have one here.
Stud that exhaust up before trying to...
Completely standard.
92k, 12m MOT, FSH. Cambelt done.
Wheels need refurbing, and it could do with a good polish, but all in all a nice little motor.
Plans are a cup splitter, a cheeky drop and drive the arse off it.
Hmmm, were they OE shocks? Checked them for leaking? Failing that, could possibly be ball joints or front arm bushes
but the facts its squealing and kicking out of gear.......... that box needs to come off
water filled Nomad gauge is cool
Front end probably has standard Mk4 shocks n springs on
Manifold studs and nuts are a pain in the arse as most of them thread. I would get a new set all round with reverse torx heads on them all to hold them in place when tightening/undoing
