    Making your own sub box?

There are sub box calculators all over the net, but depends what you want. Puncy, tight, dance-style bass = sealed box, 1cu/ft internal volume Low, rumbling bass = ported box, needs to be specific to the sub. You'd need to get all the specs from the internet for the sub, what hertz its...

Small(ish) new sub - recommendations please

£120 is a low budget TBH. Youre not gonna get anything great for that. Dance music - Get a 10" in a sealed box RnB/Hop hop - Get a 12" in a ported box Talkaudio is a good forum for getting dimensions etc etc for building boxes. I would recommend getting a new sub, but a 2nd hand amp (more...

    Subwoofer in spare wheel well??

Hmmmm I suppose thats down to the volume of the box, and it not being ported. You can "fool the sub" by adding wadding behind it, so it sounds like its in a bigger box. Did you have it encased in fibreglass, or just an MDF panel with the sub in, lay over the wheel well?

Clio Williams to return in 2012

Photoshop or not, that looks very tidy. But unless they turbo it, which they wont, they wont get 240bhp from it.

    Subwoofer in spare wheel well??

Anyone done this? Got any pics etc? I want to chuck my sub in, but CBA with a big box in there. Thinking fibreglass matting to use the shape of the wheelwell, then mounting this to an MDF floor
