    80k miles in a derv 306 is what made me realise FWD hatches are fun - lift off oversteer on demand...but not snappy like in a Clio...must be to do with the longer wheelbase on the 306.

    That was without any occupants? Sounds like you're off slightly on the totals...but I think you could take something from the distribution. It would explain why my front left wheels, is ALWAYS the first to lock. P*sses me right off. Throw only a driver in and you've got around 130 kgs more...

    I find they can be as quiet as you want them to be. Light throttle opening, low revs, and no one would know you'd changed a thing. Full throttle, high revs, and they scream/rasp/make your ears bleed. Perfect.

    LMFAO, dreamer. Nothing wrong with high mileages, doesn't have to be all motorway either. Mine's had 105k miles of hard work commuting and on track...what matters is how it is driven, and how well it is serviced. If you're happy with those two things, almost nothing else matters.
