I've seen 7bhp quoted but I doubt it, changes the way the car drives though. Torque starts to come in at 4k instead of 5k.

Standard or none, the new style badges don't really suite the lines of the Mk2 imo. The RS badge isn't too bad but the CLIO badge looks f**king stupid.
Got a test meter at all? The mirrors will go to ground with a set resistance across the heating element, if you can test the drivers side then the passengers side and see if theres a differentiation between the two. It might just be a case of a new passenger mirror glass as the heating element...

You should be using a proper trolley jack not the standard pos! They like braking a lot.
On of mine has folded over (before I had it) but you can still jack off it.
Sump will crack, subframe will dent.
Chassis rails are fine, i've had 3 and always put the axle stands on the chassis rails and haven't had any problems bar it scrapes some of the underseal off.
Jacking off the sill is made much better if you get a piece of wood and cut a slot on it to fit...
