Thats why I mentioned the CPS as they have a history of hot start problems when they're fecked. Only mentioned the CTS as it dictates whether the ECU uses the cold or hot start map.
What are you calling a hot start? As the only thing I can think of is that when starting from cold the ECU is running open loop and ignoring the lambdas but a hot start its running closed loop (iirc) so would wan't the lambdas for mixture regulation but I would've though it'd still start.

Could've meant the front was out to the back but don't offer that idea first. Was going to say if it wasn't pulling then they're isn't really a problem but if it is then i'd be straight back.
19 2ncb £1700 with flux last year. +1000000 to the try ringing them rather than asking on here, everyone is different it might not be as much as you think.
Lambdas won't be helping. Got a test meter handy? You can check if the CTS is reading correctly when hot (to a degree).

-10c = 9.5kohms
25c = 2kohms
50c = 810ohms
80c = 309ohms
100c = 114ohms
120 = 87ohms
How could you've got no lambdas in? Any way of getting one in to try? (the...
Cost me £282 to get the parts to do it myself and was not the nicest job even to boot. That was for a full cambelt kit, full auxbelt kit, upper/lower inlet manifold gasket and the 2 core plugs.
Depends on the bore as thats the only difference between all the 16v non rs systems. Cut off was lazy! You'll need a sleeve and get it welded back together to refit it.
