Pretty random I know, but the JDM thread is full of awesome photography and was wondering what techniques they use to get images like these... How much editing goes into pictures like these, or is it filters and expensive equipment? Just thought I'd ask knowing there's some pretty handy...

Each to their own I reckon, there's a strong market for both genuine and fake wheels so hopefully we should always have the freedom to choose between the two. As Rob said, the people who buy fakes wouldn't dig deep for the real thing.

I think it depends what they're going on. If it's something posh/decent then I'd save up for the real thing, otherwise fook it and get good copies!
