Sounds like your having a right old mare with the car ATM, didn't really think the ABS pump failed on these.

If its a speed sensor it could be the VSS in the gearbox or the wiring to it. Do you get any other symptoms or issues?

You are potentially right, however i can only trust them and send it back and see what happens. Worst case get a full refund go back to standard and forget it all.
