Not as difficult as I first thought. If you make a few adapters up to get round the problem of getting into the doors then you'll be fine, will be a bit more complicated if your not amping them.
Basically what i've done is i've got a feed from the amp in the back up to the front and up into the...
Yep drivers side is really noticable, i'd be taking it striaght back. My mum had the whole back passenger side of her astra resprayed when somewhere ran into her and you can't even tell its been done, total perfect match.
With relation to the gearbox, they just don't like fast hard shifts. If you constantly rag it around changing gear like the fast and the furious don't expect it to last too long.
Just show it some sympathy and it should be ok.
Bit late now but you should have gone for the InCarTec one as that connected to the yellow iso plug and saves the hassle of taking the dash top off. Although the dash top is pretty easy to get off, can get mine off in about 5 mins now.
Depends which adapter you buy, don't think the Pioneer ones are capable of using the dash screen for anything but showing Pioneer all the time though. Think its only certain sony ones which work with the screen.
It will be able to use Ph1 door cards no problems. Not sure if there a different colour to the Ph2 seats though, might just be the leather not the alcantara.
Ph2 door cards won't fit because the shape of the Ph1 dash is different. Whether they may fit with a gap I don't know, was told they wouldn't fit full stop.
Mine did, but you can never be absolutely perfect unless you've got the car in front of you. But for the price i'd risk it, don't think anyone else has found them not to match drastically.
Also depends what colour it is, silver is VERY hard to colour match.
£120 for front bumper insert, rear bumper insert and sidestrips colourcoded pearl black. Handles were £20 on there own previously. Mailorder job, remove the parts (not too hard) send them off and they come back colour coded. Few people including me have had them done by this person, had mine...
Seats are held in by 4 bolts underneath the car, they bolt through the floorpan into the subframes.
Pretensioners pull the seatbelt buckle socket down in an accident to tighten the belt to hold you in tight. If you haven't got them now (you might not) then you don't need to worry about them...
