Yup, i've gone from cup suspension > sportlines > H&R's > AST's! All in the space of 5ish months!!

It handles terrible!! A corner i can normally take at 60 on the H&R's saw me under steering at about 50! But, until it gets set up properly I will drive low and slow!! Wish I could keep the lowness and the handling, but the car is gonna be used on track so I know which is more important!!

Baggers, it will be set up to handle as good as possible, the lowness is an awesome addition to that though! Got the solid top mounts on too, seems to have very good initial turn in. Currently running max soft at the front and 8 clicks on the rear, need to have a good play about and see how...

Nope no knocking...yet! Lambda is in, light is still on but smells less of fuel from the exhaust fumes, economy seems back to normal, not had limp mode since either so I'm hoping that should be sorted! Everyone excuse the dirt too, was clean before I went to Birchdown!!

Fitted my AST's today, set them a bit low at first....! The rear arches were supported by the tyres, wouldnt even move!! Lifted it up a bit and went for a quick drive around the block: jack wouldnt go under even on a 2" block of timber under the wheel!! Got a bit more sensible...

Handling is amazing too, really planted and solid but comfy. I'm not sure how loud it would be with the cat in.... Won't be a daily driver as of tuesday though so not overly fussed...

Ah right, much firmer once you give it some, and once theys ettle it will sit perfect. Yeah at full revs it's pretty insane! Did a tunnel run earlier and scared myself, and i was expecting it!! Not too sure, he's only been on a few times. His car is awesome aint it!

Gray I'll take you for a spin sometime in it! Chrispy, not stripped no, I think my head would pop!! Its just a 182 Yozza exhaust, think its a Ktec decat, all the same though so brand doesnt really matter.

Had my car on a diagnostics yesterday, said my Pre cat lambda was mashed, just replaced it and the light is still on. Does it need to be cleared on a machine again, or will it take a certain amount of time to turn off etc?

Should be done quickly if i can change my damn lambda sensor, cant get the fooker out!

Nah, the economy is s**t, and i think it is causing my limp mode problems, and hopefully may fix the occasional misfire that it has! Only fault that logged at my service today so should solve them. I have a friendly MOT'er, no need for cats!

I had the rear seats down on the way home and parcel shelf out to fir the exhaust and AST's in the boot, so i'm hoping now they are up and in place again it won't be so bad. Part of me is tempted to Dynamat the boot floor!!
