Depending on track day usage mate, I would go for Eibach sportlines, new dampers and AST top mounts. On the road my car was a lot better to drive on sportlines than either the H&R's or AST's I had fitted. And the solid top mounts are awesome, so definately recommend them as they give great...

Top mounts always sit proud of the turret when the car is on the floor, so wouldnt worry about them. sounds liek your front dampers may need replacing due to leakage though.
