Still got air somewhere. If you top the tank right up and then start the car and crack the bleed screw open again it should get the air out. Careful though as it will piss out much quicker than with the engine off.

The 2 bolts near the catch? You don't touch them to remove the slam panel. It's the 2 on either end towards the headlights and then loosen the 2 lower down behind the crash bar and lift up.

Yeah 50mm should be fine. The others for the rails probably the usual 25mm socket cap bolts should do.

M8 high tensile bolts. Not sure on the length but the standard seat stud stick through the floor by about 40mm or so.

You only need to loosen the 2 for the slam panel mate. The panel is slotted, so once it's loose it just lifts up. A ring or ratchet spanner will do it.

Considering you can get 1000mbps down cat5e, then cat6 is fine.

I think the Rev's only come in one width. A mate of mine had them in his Clio and they we snug for us at 32in waist.

Need the UCH for the lights i think, so for it to be road legal you'd need to keep it. Could be wrong though. @bloke will know.

The braided strap.

Yes mate, battery and stop lights were flickering on his at high RPM. It was the earth strap.

My mate had it the other week and I guessed it to be the earth strap to the gearbox and it was. Worth a look.

Yeah could be an earth somewhere, failing that the alternator.

They are Magneti Marelli injectors. Can get them from Euro Car Parts.

Don't adjust that bit. It's the metal hook near the bumper that you undo and slide in or out.

I do Le Mans in mine with a ton of gear in the back just on standard pressures 33/30. 1200 mile round trip, no problem. Should probably put 33 in the rear too but hey.
