Track tyres are usually wider than their stated widths too, so a 195 could actually be compared to a 205 normal road tyre. You also benefit slightly from the higher load rating of a 205 compared to a 195, specifically the AD08R with the 195 having an 82 load rating and the 205 an 86.

Fitted Koni adjustables to the rear and it's cured the knocking. The H&R shocks must have been dead.

If they're high tensile ones, then you'll be ok using the ones you've got but with washers added.

I hope you're putting some washers under the head of those sidemount bolts... They'll pull through in a crash otherwise.

About twice the price of HC's i think mate, so about £90 They look a better disc too with the black anti corrosion on the edge and the hub. Speak to @George@RTR_Parts

I've gone over to the Brembo Max discs, the grooved ones. Noticed that the braking is better compared to plain discs.

Arctic Blue and Monaco are totally different, your mate is talking rubbish. Plus, Monaco was only a 172 colour as well.

I don't use the shims either, they rattle a bit over bumps on the road, but apart from that they're OK. The squeaking will quieten down eventually.

They do thousands of calliper fitments, be surprised if they don't.

DS3000's are a bit grabby when cold on the road, that'll be why you're getting the abs kicking in mate. Should be sound on track though.
