No, the ones that come with harnesses are 7/16th UNF thread. You can use the Schroth bracket both sides yes.

I mean the 182 has 2 pumps and they're both the same. One does front and rear windows and the other does left and right headlight washers.

No particular bedding in process on them. Can use on track from new. I like to warm them up a bit first though, so i don't suffer from them falling apart like some do.

On the 182 they are the same pump. I'm guessing it's the same for the 172.

I'd have ordered 2 or 3 sets possibly. As Dan said, you could go through them quite quick on track and then you have a 2nd set you can just throw in and you're back out again. 3rd set to get you home or as a spare for another day.

New pump, a few quid from Euro Car Parts. Wipers will have to come off to get the black plastic scuttle panel off though to get to the bottle.

Some of the sump bolts may want to round, so you may want some spare. There is a torque setting yes and also a particular order to do them in. Some people fit ARP rod bolts while the sump is off too.
