No particular bedding in process on them. Can use on track from new.
I like to warm them up a bit first though, so i don't suffer from them falling apart like some do.
I'd have ordered 2 or 3 sets possibly.
As Dan said, you could go through them quite quick on track and then you have a 2nd set you can just throw in and you're back out again.
3rd set to get you home or as a spare for another day.
Some of the sump bolts may want to round, so you may want some spare.
There is a torque setting yes and also a particular order to do them in.
Some people fit ARP rod bolts while the sump is off too.
My brand new rear Koni adjustables i fitted the other day were like the ones on the left.
Where as my old h&r's, that were knocking, came up a lot quicker. So i'm guessing they're meant to be like that.
I see it as the springs are the bit that pushes them back up and returning the car to it's...
