I think it depends on the circuit you're on too, like my local Oulton for example, two of the braking points are on fast downhill sections. So even off throttle you're not slowing as much as you would on a level section. I could be wrong though.

62nm for the bolts to torque back up, apart from the centre one inside the square hole of the mount which is 44nm.

Support the engine from underneath with a jack and a bit of wood, then take it off.

All the Mk3's i've come across on track are slow :wink:
