Multi point Harness accident - Oh b****cks!

I'm quite happy with my cg lock, harnesses are too much of a faf

182 non cup with 182 cup springs?

I prefer eibach pro's. And they look like standard springs, slight lowering effect.

Attaching harness to rear strut brace?

Is that set up a good idea? I thought the belts are meant to go perpendicular to the seat back, so the force on each strap would be equal in a crash.

    clutch judder

    Probably, and fairly big.

    wheels and for sale

Er, no. It'll get locked because it's in the wrong section, and non-members aren't allowed to sell. But then maybe you'd rather post up your own snide comments without knowing the facts.

Not going to get them cheaper than that

    shift light

Optimum change up is below the revs that the light comes on (6.5k IIRC).

difference between a 172 cup and sport

The way prices are at the moment, get a cupped 182, best of both worlds IMO. Or a ph1 172 + coilovers. Pretty much the same weight as a cup IIRC, but you get to keep AC and ABS. Win.

    recaro treadline's upgrade !!!

Good seats, but sit way too high.

    H&R's to AST's ..

    H&R's are noticeably softer,.

    £6.7k to play with now

I'd get a ph2 172, coilovers, seats, remap, exhaust. I loved my Trophy, only car I'd consider buying again, but my current setup is more fun.

    H&R's to AST's ..

Those sort of cars are there all the time! Seen at least one GTR whenever I've been over.

Cup spolier fitted, and given a good wash....

I wouldn't go for trendlines again. They sit too high, which is a shame, as the seats very comfy. Cobra Misano's are about half the price, sit lower, are lighter and look very nice. (I've had trendlines in 2 cars)

    Firefox problem

No ideas? Only happens on cliosport and hotmail, and only with firefox. In safari and IE, saves all my login details without any issue.

    Which suspension?

Really liked them mate. Def prefer the steering on mine, but I'd be totally happy with either H&R's or AST's. The brakes are awesome, forgot how good braided hoses feel. Need to lower the drivers seat though, and replace that rubber bung.

HELP ME OUT GUYS!!! steering problem/top mounts requiring slotting

Normal. There is a fix, using special washers (Yozzasport IIRC). I couldn't be btothered.
