i run Michelin PE2's and they're great. stiff sidewalls though, so not the best riding tyre available! lol

I think your car is a 80bhp version of the F9Q engine? (1.5dci) Van Aaken Tuning do a kit for your car iirc, including some tasty ecu reflashes and exhausts. Speak to edde too, he runs a dci.

getting it checked out by a mate who is a Renault Tech. all should be fine by satuday anyways, as i have to go in to the dealer to get my SERV and airbag lights extinguished as i'm fitting bucket seats with no airbags.

sounds like the gearbox 'dogbone' mount to me. does it do it in first if you let it roll along at idle revs, then tap the throttle?
