Sometimes i wish i understood why people fit coilovers ..... somebody said they don't need setting up to handle well , actually they do , any suspension geometry needs to be right to handle well and not behave in an unpredictable way under braking .
If you want it slammed just fit short springs...
Hp Media Smart server here with 8tb's of storage , media PC in a slim case below the tv , media extenders at all the tv's in the different rooms , have 6 freeview tuners built in 4 freesat , records and streams all round the house .
Music to squeezebox server running on the media pc , and...
As long as the floor its on is flat then they work fine , you can get frames to fit them on the wheel too .....
sorting toe is even easier , in fact the whole thing can be easily done with bits of string and a tape measure as well !!
As Daniel said , his car , why waste your own effort , if its overpriced it won't sell , if its filling a gap in the market then yes it will .... and he is in someways right smaller engined cars that appeal to a certain market will be more in demand to certain types and maybe command a higher...

if you mail order it from certain states this is tax free , some states have no sales tax at all (oregon)
the sales tax laws, and the difference state to state, and some having none, is the whole reason mail order started as when ordering between states it was always tax free .
this still...
i would be more likely basing it on a 72 or 84k , as cars would average 12k per year .....or anual , however there will be stuff in other intervals that need doing ....... FWIw taking a car thats been in storage back onto the road is often hellishly expensive for this reason .
Could really do with getting our S4 done , just read russ's thread about the Black gold clio he has just done and really could do with sorting our audi (and if its good then the clio )
don't think i have the time and skills or know how to really do a good job (although have most of the tools )...
to be fair Pedro , thats not a full history on the car , it will be fine i am sure but it has been far from serviced as recommended by renault , all our cars even when not doing alot in the mileage stakes are done when required.
I am sure you have all the MOT's to verify the milage as the...
but i wish there wasn't a hosepipe ban down here ....
they all have very different uses , and the cab is a v8 so not just your average convertible A4
The fleet out while I sort the garage ...all need washing :-( but that will need to wait while I turn the garage from a storage facility back into a garage :-) , don't fancy washing 4 cars with a hose pipe ban on after sorting the garage out and a number of trips to the dump .
is the 10 to 15k of an exige S really worth it , thats a tough one , the reality is yes , the toyota engined S is a fantastic car but depends what you want it for , if its just a weekend hack and your not going to do much track work then maybe not , then again for the true raw experience 25k...
Elise , nice to have for a bit but you soon realise they are compromised , exige S nice ,good track car but then for the money a caterham is much better , M3 ..unless its the new V8 they are ok but nothing great really , RS4 nice noise but a heavy barge that can be a handful , 911 ....no such...
late ones had climate ..... best of both worlds , a cup without having to sit and sweat .... ours is a 53 plate with climate and white repeaters :approve:
noticed today smc renault in surrey are doing an offer on aircon regas and deodorise at £59 inc vat
booked the 172 cup in for friday ...... its first visit to a dealer for a while rather than a specialist :) ,just happens the dealer is a stones throw away.
my 1500 quid 172 cup with 48k miles on which had been serviced every year and had the belts done recently still needed £1600 quids worth of work doing. nothing is perfect and you have to go in with your eyes open ok that 1600 quid there is a new ktec quiet stealth exhaust.
however we are not on...
i can see that the insurance may be cheaper on a car with abs as this does reduce incidents of locking up and hitting the car in front ,considerably . how much it weights the policy i don't know but a higher ncap saftey rating ha an effect and i assume no abs or traction musat lower it ?
Martin , there is always slightly more torque to the shorter shaft (of you have the effect of ) its why when a car torque steers it always pulls left first .
yes , you need form V62 if you only have the green slip , did a transfer yesterday and from walking in to walking out with a new tax disc was 15 mins :)
