For the money they look good and they wiegh a ton less than the magnex (dont get a magnex, i had 3 in a year with baffles going). tbh tho from what i heard on here and what i experienced when i was going to order one i decided not too. Spend the extra and go to prospeed or yozza mate

Are they the right springs for the car? Everything fitted right? No spare bits left over? Springs seated correctly?

Also mate if its going to be expensive maybe its worth accidently on purpose smashing the window and claiming on insurance? £50 and job done.

I have managed to get light scratches out before but that took an awful lot of effort. By saying etched i am presuming its a lot worse than scratches so i would say new glass. Especially if its the front as for saftey reasons you want this as strong as poss ;)

Try elephant mate but depending where you live might struggle for under £2k tbh

tbf the difference in the 1.8 and the 2.0 lumps are very very small. Few vieny things on the block and different manifold design. Thats it. Oh and i think the alternator was slightly different. Very hard to tell the diff between valver lump and the willy one, unless you know what your looking for

Indeed a search will bring up lots of info mate Make sure the cambelt is done etc as that the most expensive service, willbe looking £500+ for the cambelt service at Renault

A mate of mine used a company in trafford park for some colour coding on his golf. Did a really good job. Will try and get the name of the company off him. If not i will be about in trafford park for a meeting sometime this week so will grab the name and number for you if you havent sorted...

The rear mount inc bracket is £22 from renault so i imagine the centre one will be £10-15 mate. Really doubt it would be more than £20

Did they even spray it? Looks more like they have primed it then forgot about it. Didnt they realise it was not a match when they refixed the door strip and its a completely different colour. I would have refused to take it back mate and told them to redo it

Did they tell you about the problem and the work which needed to be done to fix it before they did the work? What i mean is did you authorise the work or did they just do it (i.e. under warrenty) and then after they did it hit you with the bill. If you didnt authorise them to do the work then...

As above, why would cruise control effect anything. The oil indication comes on when you turn the key when you dont have cruise control on. When your moving you cant make it display the oil level. Also i would def be finding out where it has leaked from, as said if its the sump get onto...

Was on TV the other day mate. Maybe on fifth gear? cant remember but yeah its awesome. The owner seemed anal tho. If he drives it to the shop he spends the following 4 hours checking the engine bay lol

I am 26 ;) They were fine about mods however decided to still add 50 for the exsaust even tho i said it didnt increase bhp by much. When its lowered that will be £45 on top too

Werent very good for me as only 2 years no claims. Was coming in about 800. Priviledge came in at 583 without mods, 638 with mods

Is that a yep get longer ones or i may die or yep use what i already have and i will be fine? ;)

Need to add 5mm spacers to my rear alloys to stop a slight rub when turning on the left hand side. If i was going above 5mm i would def get longer studs but will it matter if only spacing 5mm? Whats peoples thoughts?
