My old 93 1.4 Rt used to do that, sold it will still doing it, it only did it in second gear. I have an ECU for a 1.4 RT sitting in my house if anyone wants to try it.

I am coming up to my 72000 mile service and was wanting to do a bit more to it than just the timing belt so on. I want to replace some of the items that would be a bit worn by this time. Can anyone recommend what I should replace. Not on the engine tho, as I will be getting a fully re-built 2.0...
Yea but I thought you might have lacquered it anyway. Looks good, Im getting my sprayed the new BMW black which looks well shinny on the BM 330 I seen it on so hopefully mine will be the same and probably get an extra couple coats of lacquer to make sure it is.
Weight the shin on your car is amazing, mine is getting sprayed in a months time, if it is have a shinny as that I will be well chuffed. Did you get a couple of extra coats of lacquer on it to get it like that or what?

SOmeone i know has one, he rased my pal (who drives a Bravo HGT 2.0 20v) and pissed all over it. The Bravo is slightly slower than my 16v but he was totally pissed on.
