Silverline's are stainless steel on the front struts. Highsports aren't. Apart from that, they're the same. The Konigsport's use Koni shocks which are better quality. I think it goes like this: Highsport > Konigsport > Silverline > Silverline X

Just spray the grill satin black, but don't lacquer it obviously as that will make it gloss.

Fog light surrounds would be easy enough. Use a little heat too from a hairdryer or heat gun to help form it round the curves. Wrapping a grill = ballache i would say.
