Which Canon camera have you got? The newer .CR2 file extensions only open Adobe Camera Raw 6 and above... As I found out with my 5D MK2. You'll need Photoshop 4/5 to be able to use ACR 6. You could always look on the Adobe Support site and see which version of Camera Raw is compatible with...

I'd have chinned the boss if that's what he said... however that probably wouldn't help the situation. If it's oil involved a quick snowfoam isn't going to touch it. Try and get your hands on some Autosmart G101, mix it fairly strong and go over the whole car with it.
