That would require that they were all on the same electical wiring to work, I would have thought all 6 will have there own consumer units and ring mains etc.
So, I’m thinking of selling my R27. It’s a 2007 57 plate on 72,500 miles and could do with some advice around pricing etc.
It could currently do with a few quid spending on it, it needs 2 handbrake cables (well one as it's seized), a small dent in the rear quarter repairing and it has a small...
* Category A - Must be crushed. All of it.
* Category B - Vehicle may not be returned to road but parts may be sold.
* Category C - Repairable. Significant damage. Cost of the repair is more than book value of vehicle at dealer rates. - VIC test required
* Category D - Repairable. Probably...
Hmm, i'm thinking prices of F1 models seem to have risen recently. I too can't find many below the £7k mark. If that's the current going rate I think I need to get mine advertised!
Where did you do a valuation that showed £8k+? Thats early 200's money.
Are you specifically after a very low milage car? If so then you'll pay a premium (that in my eyes isn't really justified) Average mileage for an F1 would be around 50-60k now (All will be around 5+ years old now) so...
Ive got this one from Halfords http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_214227_langId_-1_categoryId_255216
Does the job nicely on MK3 rear calipers.
I use a pair of these, not sure how much more difficult (if at all) it is to acess the filter on a 1*2.

It hasn't actually failed yet though. It could stay like that for another 6 years. Without keeping it on the car you'll never know how long it would actually last for.
I'd take it back if I were you mate, it doesn't sound right. The clutch should be no different. They won't have been able to photograph the syncro as it's inside the gearbox, they won't have opened the 'box up at the dealership, it's not their area of expertise.
It's a bit old to drive a chavy bright red R27 plastered in stickers!
To be fair, in the scale of things no - 31 isn't old, but the majority of folks on here are 18-25 so I feel old!
Fred, did you actually get stopped and that's how they found out or was it because the tax hadn't been renewed etc? I'm asuming it was DVLA that fined you, not the police?
It's crazy that tax isn't something you can just call up and sort out (like insurance ) it makes collecting cars etc a...
Not sure you're correct there mate. What about insuring SORN vehicles.......... You DO NOT have to have tax to have your car insured. Having no tax will not invalidate you're insurance.
