Just out of interest are all Evos from 5 onwards very high running costs (petrol, servicing, repairs etc) or is it jus the newer models?
The Evo 6 is a fantastic looking car, very aggressive stance. However, for all out looks and rarity the V6 is stunning.
For sale for only £220!
Theres one for sale on Ebay for £350 so £220 is a bargain. The link to the other guys Ebay sale is below for a full spec of the unit...

Hi, I have one of these headunits and Im thinking of selling it, just wondering what sort of price it would be worth.
It was released a couple of years ago for £800 and soon after Alpine discontinued the range as it was considered too cheap for the features it included. A stripped down version...
It wasnt a stab at who was the catalyst behind the hot hatch genre. I was merely making a point that the French are probably the best manufacturers of hot hatches of all time. To say the Golf Mk1 is the best Golf GTi ever made is amazing, as Volkswagon clearly havent been able to make a better...
lol funny you should say that Dave. Got a reply saying
"i think that you are forgetting the first and best true hot hatch the golf gti mk1 and all the following models i would have to disagree that the clio is the best hot hatch of all time read the comment in the back of evo about the...
It seems to me that on other forums people dont particularly like the French cars. Someone always has something to say about them being awful quality or have a comment because its French.
This one guy has just bought a 172 Cup and posted pictures, to which someone has replied "Looks nice but...
I took my CDA off and put the original airbox back on. Seemed smoother slightly. Yesterday I received my ITG panel filter and put it on last night. It was a bit sluggish for the first 20 mins or so. Dunno if thats normal, but it seems ok now which is only a good thing.
As my girlfriend is set for a cash boost from a claim recently, shes considering buying a R5 GTT as shes always wanted one. She has a Pug 106 GTI at the moment running at over 140bhp (its quite quick). She isnt selling the 106 as she loves it, so the GTT would be a second car for us both. What I...
Ive noticed a few people have changed the wheels on their 182s. Not a lot, but a few. Could you please post pics of your new wheels? Im contemplating a new set, but really want to stay on the 16" anthracite/black route so any pics of those style wheels on a 182 would be very much appreciated...
Could someone please post some pics of the equipment used for the standard 182 airbox? I took mine off to put a BMC CDA on and now Ive come to put the original back on I have the main box, the elbow piece and a pipe which somehow connects to the cold air feed from the wing. Is there anything...
