18s are for show. However, handling will suffer a lot especially in the wet as youll suffer tramlining effects. They do look pretty damn good though.

Isnt the £21.5k import price? I think so. Its imported from Belgium or Renault France and registered first in the UK. No VAT etc to pay, thus saving you the £3k. Few people dont like dealing with imports but I was told that said imported V6 would cost £21k - £22k.

I just did a search for A182 TOO, which I bought from DVLA for £250, they claim its worth £240! Mind you, that doesnt include assignment fees etc, so overall it costs £360 ish. Just wait till they catch on what it means! :D

Dont really want to get involved...but I will! :D If you remove the ABS, seats, car mats etc etc etc Im sure the 182 will be that fraction quicker than the Cup. Still, Ive been in a Cup and if the 182 is anywhere near as quick, Ill be happy, even 1/10th of a second happy.

Well, Ive said I would let it go for £5000 with 1 set of alloys and no Alpine head unit (standard stereo included). It has over £1000 of ICE and is in tip top condition. If it doesnt sell Ill just offer it to my mate who has made a reasonable offer too. Some people think £5000 is too little, yet...

I got free insurance for my 182 with Tesco. However, I had to send them £1000 in adavnce to confirm the deal. They called it a premium, whatever that means.

Ive gone for the 182. Newer car, possibly cured the problems of the 172 Cup, great handling, performance is still there, only slightly slower to 60 yet with all the perks of the normal 172 non cup, inlcuding ABS, Climate control etc etc. My only problem now is the damn colour! :cry:
