Renault says the plugs in a 172/182 are good for 72k miles . Mine lasted just over 30k miles in my old mk2 172 . No engine mods and always run on optimax from new .

Not in my case i tell thee . Was the caliper , pads were fine .Stripped down , greased , put back together , as good as new and no brake imbalance anymore ;)

Try using something else . I use Bit tornado , happy with speeds of between 100 and 200 :) obviously depending on seeds . If your still gettin slow speeds then maybe your isp is puttin some kind of block on your downloads .
