I absolutely love this car. Followed your thread the whole way through and saw all the struggles etc you had, but it's been more than worth it. You must be proud every time to look at it to know the transformation it's had!

Looks great that on the LMs. I'd leave the front grill as it is though, the badge ties in well with the wheels. Never been a fan of badgeless grills really.

God I miss this car :( Just had a look through my old threads. It was bloody mint. I was hoping the new owner would sign up on here so I could keep track of it, not seen it appear. A few people have spotted it out and about though! I feel another RS itch coming...

That probably is the case mate. And I'm not avoiding how good the screen looks on the new one. It looks fantastic. For my personal needs though and with just buying a house I couldn't see the extra cost VFM at the moment.

OK. Thanks. I think you need another quick read through what I wrote before you get all excited and fall off your chair again. That was my opinion after going and using one. It was in no way fact written in stone. Once again, I went and bought the 2 after using the 3 and not seeing the upgrade...

I had a little play with one in an Apple Reseller in Leeds yesterday. The screen does look good, however I don't think the difference is as big from the iPad 2 as some are making out. I thought seeing one in the flesh would make me want to sell my 2 and get one. However it did not. I guess...

Great choices all round mate! I'm really tempted by one myself at the moment. Also, I have to agree with your spoiler choice. The cup spoiler looks way too Halfords-esque to me. I imagine it would be great if you were 17 and spent a lot of time at McDonald's. Love the GT spoiler!

Meh. It's an unexpected expense but at least it'll bring you peace of mind. As Mike said, on a car of that age I would have expected it anyway - even if it sounded/seemed fine. It'll be awesome when you get it back mate :)

Height looks spot on mate! Definitely no lower. Cup spoiler sprayed white, and either a new wheel colour/new wheels and that will be lovely :) Some nice bright silver turinis would look lovely on that. Sheepish I know, but for a reason!

Ahh you work at Jessops on Horbury Bridge? I lived right near there at my parents until I got my own place recently!
