Never really updated this thread, but received the new subframe bolts and got them all bolted in. Then went around the whole front end with a fine tooth comb and made sure everything important was torqued and everything else was tight. Came across one bellhousing bolt that wasn't fully tight...

They do fit, they just rub on themselves and fail prematurely.

One rib, i used jubilee clips to replace the cv clips too. Never had an issue.

That's the one, you'll want to get a cone too for fitting. You cut off a rib on the large side, maybe even take 2 off? I can't remember.

Pull the top of the door back slightly, get it by where the seal is, simples.

If its slipped then itll be bent valves unfortunately. Check out the alternator belt, and again...when were the belts done and by who?

Were the belts done recently and who by? Check the alternator belt is still in place and not wrapped itself around the cambelt!

Go for 12 mins toe out. That's standard and more than sufficient with about 1.30 camber
