A lot if surround sound kits have the option for time delay on audio. Have a wee skeg at the manual see if that has been adjusted or you could try adjusting it.

LOL NO I am sure My Jap PS3 plays US and Jap games. It has also had UK, US and JAP Blu-Ray fed through it. It will only play Jap PS2 games. UK games DO NOT work on a US Wii. A friend borrowed Zelda and it did not work on his US Wii he got on hols this crimbo.

PS3 isnt region locked for games, but is for Blu-Ray although at the moment most UK Blu_Ray movies are region free but this will change. Wii is region locked, US plays US games, UK plays UK games etc

NTbackup will do Incremental. Its ok but can be a pain in the ass. But if you are doing it to a HD then the usual issues with Tapes dont rear there heads And its free and built into Windows
