Server 2003 groups

I am currently studying for the microsoft exam 70-290 but I can't seem to get my head around groups. I have just about learnt about the different group types and scopes and which situations you would need them in, but sturggling on which groups can be nested / converted and at what domain functional level.

I have read the microsoft 70-290 book and watched a video with someone explaining it and read info on the technet site, but when it comes to answer practice questions a few days later I always forget or get mixed up.

Is there any way to easliy remember them?

There will be a section on the server groups and all you'll need to do is remember the answers to the questions!
