Best way to do the bolts is to remove the shocks and loosen the nuts off the back. They're often seized in at the front so come out nicely. Such a stupid design.

72mm is for vented discs. 62mm is for single plate discs

It'll most likely be the sliders that have seized. I'd buy the kit off ebay in advance before getting to them so you can fit fresh ones whilst it's apart. Fairly simple job, think there's a guide on here.

It could, but the bearings might not be of a good quality so may now be knackered. Jack the car up and rotate the wheel to have a listen or feel for ant grinding. Grab top and bottom of wheel and rock to see if any excess movement. I can't say I've seen many people running those discs tbh. How...

You can reuse the studs just fine if you do remove them from the hubs. Bit of heat to break the threadlock and double nut them off

Were the rear discs eBay bought? Were they genuine bearings or brembo bearings?

What size is the yozza? 2.5"? Would a milltek or similar resonated centre section fit? Would save you having to have a custom one.

Allows the cables for the cruise control to pass through without getting squashed, same as on those FB ones. I'll be adding some engravings too but unsure whether to go for full words or just letters. :)
