The service rules of 18k/2 years for none Rs and 12k/2years for RS models is what the minimum requiremnts were for Uk speced cars I'd service the car more least chnage the oil its not that much to have done.
Idealy I'd do it ever 6 month/6k.
There no upgrades bar one for the dogbone avaliable for a decinet price.
All the mounts are fine though the dogbone just wears its the way it is harder mounts put more load on the engine and other mounts.
Mounts are availibale form Renault or Ktce etc.
It won't do MPG I don't think.
Forget it though no point in it its not use in a Clio Renault just are difficult using CAN networks.
To get best mph drive at the max torqu value assuming its not to high as slow as possible and ast like there eggs on the brake and accelerator pedasl.
I don't think it will. People are still going to go there and go stupid, deaths and serious injouriers there are huge number. The risk of it being closed outweight the risk to some stupid idiots who try set lap records on there first trip injouring themselves as even with all the dealth quotes...
No point tubrioing the 1.2 need to chnage to much new intake manifold and the gains arn't going to be huge 120hp or so with stock internals and thats enough torque to need a new clutch and gearbox won't last long least you can chnage for a JC% etc but for the hastle stick a bigger engine in much...

Stock cat is a restriction the stock exhaust biggest issue is that it fails due to the weight there not enough weel designed mounting point get an extra mount and stock system lasts forever but they fail in about 3 years often. at the back box to rear pipe. This is why people upgrade.
Gains...

The you tubes will be higher speeds videos etc realy I'd guess.
Superchiop i don't like you need a custom remap and the best value for money modification is the intake manifold reworking there loads of places do it BenR on here (angleworks) would be my preference there all about £150 i think...
Don't post up picture of car crashes at the ring many people claim quite rightly on insurance for crashes there and insurance don't like paying out so to save them the hastle of knowing whats crashed and if hire cars have been there don't post the pics up.
Cech your Aux belt is tight could just be the belt gone slck or the tensioners not working (£80 for a new one). Easy way to tell is if the car is due an AUX belt chnagie its probably that.
Yep can be common.
Helicoil the head and stick a new one in.
Cylinder 3 I bet.
You might be lucky and the threads undamaged so just stick a new one in.
Get the injectors checked out if you've ever thourght its a slow 172/182.
Its just a visual check they do. They can be quite accurate somtimes plus there error on caution and there minimum pad thickness ie where 0% is where there some pad still left.
