Removed it, and refitted it and cannot see anythnig wrong! Still having the same problems as well :(

I would say remove the entire strut and then the top mount! That way you can be sure they arent buggered.

Fair play to him. Not letting his disability get in the way of his gaming. Must have the patience of a saint is all I can say!

I have just bought them! :P Dont fancy spending another £150 on the newer style ones :(

Hi guys, Fitted my Ktec racing solid topmounts on the weekend. They are the older, gold style, bought off a member on here. There is now noticably more knocking on the front end than with the standard mounts. There was no play, and the bearings in the mounts were smooth and greased up before...

Hi guys, Fitted my new steering wheel as can be seen here: Having a few problems at the moment though. To steer now is very stiff, feels like its rubbing on something, it sticks and doesnt return to the middle when moving. There is also a clicking noise coming from behind the wheel...

Managed to geth the new wheel fitted this afternoon, feels much better. Although it is a bit of a stretch for the stalks now! Before: After: Comments welcome :)

Another little update! Mr DHL came today with a remedy for my steering wheel situation! May not be to everybodies tastes, but good and bad feedback are both welcome :). Will be fitting this tonight when I'm home from work. So updated pics will be posted then ;)

Definitely worth it! I have always polybushed all of my cars. Currently have the inner and outer ARB + Dogbone Powerflex bushes fitted. Waiting for the weekend to fit my Wishbone bushes. Nice little upgrade. Makes the front end feel more controlled..

Made some real progress today! Managed to drag myself out of bed at 2pm.. Thought that I would start on the car, as its been a while since I last bought something for her (bar the interior) So set about fitting the Ktec topmounts. Very easy and simple job to do actually. Took about an hour...
