Aftermarket Steering Wheel - Clicking + Stiffness

Hi guys,

Fitted my new steering wheel as can be seen here:

Having a few problems at the moment though.
To steer now is very stiff, feels like its rubbing on something, it sticks and doesnt return to the middle when moving.
There is also a clicking noise coming from behind the wheel.

Anybody know what I have done wrong??

Removed it, and refitted it and cannot see anythnig wrong!
Still having the same problems as well

I have now sorted this!
For some reason the previous owner had drilled and tapped some studs into the spline side of the boss. These were catching on the steering wheel wiring mechanism and causing the stiffness and clicking.

Much nicer to drive now!
