Its illegal to leave a car on the public highway with noone in control of it.
How is it imobiliserd and the engine still running its imbossible the imobiliser stops the engine starting.
I agree it won't crash just saying legally.
The CLucth and intercooler are a fault of the tunners not mapping right IMO or mapping to customer requirments not what the car needs I don't see what clutch slip the fault of the car's engine?
As for the MPG I'm sure last time I had any petrol I got 30mpg at best I get 50 in a diesel. Myabe 45...
Remote start is illegal to use if the cars parked on the public highway. Insurance won't take kindly if it crashes I'd expect they would refuse to pay up.
Have the wheel drilled out for another PCD size but IMo thats stupid I've never checked but the tear out and loss of land on the alloy holes would probaly mean they'd fail below what they would if they were made for a Clio.
Re: Problem with the warming lights
Unlily to be the brake light problem that was usualy fixed early in life.
Need to get Renault to check the fault or a garage with the tools.
I wouldn't worry unless it happens again though.
Springs are cheap way of lower the car. But I'd personaly change dampers and wheels as well or not at all dampers make the whole package work but add the price.
Intake manifold work and remap for cheapish power.
No need to clan the EGR valuve if you hammer the car ll the time and don't give it ages to idle just go easy for a minute or so before shudown. Idling is the problem on the cars IMO people just don't treat them hard.
They didn't fit a 1.9 into the Mk2 phase 2 they did into the phase 1 but noone belives me even some dealers don't belive me.
They never fitted it to the phase 2 as there was no point the 1.5 satisfied the neww it was just as quick but cheaper to run.
Also it woulnd't directly fit the pump...
WHeel output is the only import one the rest are often guessed values.
Some places say engine power losses are 130% of the wheel value the best way though IMO is to say add 10hp to the at the wheel and then times by 1.1.
However if you get a car with aircon conpressor PAS etc and compair...
Nope springs and shocks are fifferent on different engine sizes also ARB are different.
Saying the sport models have sports uspension is questionable they will have different spring but so does a Authentique have different springs that say an initial.
There about 6 springs for ever model.
Axle tramp by the sounds if its in first etc there not much you can do its just the spinning of the wheels which makes then just then regrip etc.
Check the wheel nuts though.
Clio Cup proper race cars have competly different gearbox and engine mounts.
The Ktec bottom mouth is the popular one to change since it get soft quite quick.
I found aplace selling real uprated mount from some Clio race series (Group N rally cars I'd guess) but they were £660 +vat + postage...

Red top Corsa?
Yep warently is with the car just take it to a dealer and they work off the regsitration.
Yep some dealers forgot to fit them they were delivered in the car on PDI some dealers forgot to attache them. Owners never noticed so they were unnoticed.
A few dealers had/have loads left after they have forgotten to attach them.
They weren't attached from the factory since they catch on...
If the red light on the dash doesn't go off its the imobiliser check/chnage the imobiliser rign round the key hole they fail a lot.
Glow lights can fail as well need to check see if they are working. Easy to fix if not only quite cheap and DIY 10 minute job at worse.
I'd expect the two...
You need to leave the trip some time to get a truely accurate reading I'd say 500 miles minimum I leave mine for a few k before resetting (last reset was when the trip reset itself after 10,000). I did calcuate fuel burn against what the computer though I'd burned and it was accurate to half a...
There just Renault garage who just sepcialistr in servicing usualy cheaper than a dealership but do exactly the same things they often don't keep stock of parts unlike a dealer so if they find a problem ie worn parts under warently they will need to rebook the car in to fix it.
