I can't say it's ever bother me one way or another, even the aftermarket rally ones don't look offensive to me. Fast & Furious body kits on the other hand...... I'd vote if there was an option that said, 'meh, i'm not bothered either way'.

I came to the conclusion years ago that i'll never get back the feeling of some of the VAG cars i've owned, nice seating positions, armrests on long motorway journeys, reliability etc......;) It's a cheap and chearful b-road blaster and i've come to terms with that tbh.

I've thought about it a few times, but the fact that i've never really seen any pictures of any aftermarket armrest fitted to a Mk2 Clio, makes me think they either don't fit right, or look sh*t and don't realy work well when fitted. Edit : I've found one, although it's not the one you've posted.

Colour coding the black plastics is always a good one with these, (spraying them the same colour as the rest of the car) I take it you're a young lad and won't be able to afford the insurance on lowering or alloys?

The GT spoiler is the nicest imo, subtle is the way to go. I've gone off the cup spoiler as the years have gone on, just a bit OTT for my liking. Not that i've got a 200, i'm too poor. :dapprove:

I've had a Piper Stealth for years cracking exhausts, although a little boomy at lower revs, but it shuts up once you get upto 5k rpm when my engine drowns it out. :evil: Saying that i've got no back seats so that doesn't help the noise levels, although it's alot nicer sounding than other makes...

It also means it looks standard even though it may be modified. This can mean allsort tbh, from looking completely standard to having different parts such as other factory alloys, sometimes from other models all together, aero wipers, silvervision indicator bulbs, colour coded bits and bobs...
