I've always thought about getting smoothed bullets and blending them with the side strips, so no bugger knows what's under the bonett. Only thing is it means the side strips can't then be removed. The Clio Campus has smooth bullets, I keep meaning to go down the scrap yards to see if I can get any.

I know, door handles would make it look better.

Another one that's just taken the manufacuers figures on gains, added them together and BOOM....200bhp. 180bhp + 10bhp exhaust + 10bhp remap = 200bhp :S I must be running 210bhp adding all my mods together. :clown:

My full fat 172 is alot lower that that and i'm on Prolines, so I think Eibachs will sort out the ride height.

I had two new tyres fitted to the back a couple of months ago and the rear was all over the place, tyre pressures were too high, the first thing I'll do whenever I get new tyres from now on is drive straight to a petrol station to check them.

I knew a lad that had his 197 splitter dipped and looked pretty f*cking good tbqh, it's has the gloss finish like real carbon. Although if it gets a slight knock it cracks off in patches.

People go by the manufactures figures on gains alot of the time, although some people just pluck a figure out of thin air. If I added up all the manufactures figures of my mods i'd be over 200bhp. :S Dyno graphs are the only way to know for sure, but even they're open to interpretation...

I've got Brembo HCs and Brembo pads form G172 in the traders section they're spot on for me, cheap as well. I nearly head butted the windscreen the first time I pressed them hard. lol

Have you thought about sticking some button noises in it? Most of the sound effects this guy has are gash imo, apart from the first ones when he turns the ignition on, like a late 80s early 90s mobile phone, all the buttons in the show made that noise.
