Are you sure its not a wheel bearing thats failed or cv joint? Ive had a wheel bearing fail in a similar after a trackday, seemed ok on the straight but loaded up on a corner was causing a right vibration. It was me who posted on facebook saying check those and give the engine a shove if needs...

Its actually a push fit with o rings inside, that splits at the bottom and threads together. Nice bit of kit fits on the meg rs sender and rail ok, from memory clio fuel pump outlet is identical to meg.

Normal, when drag racing you use the handbrake or a stage brake to stop creep whilst in gear with clutch down before launch.

Updates Still no track control arm bushes. They never arrived and after excuse after excuse got my money back from the seller on ebay. Have ordered another front set of powerflex from Kamracing this time with rear vibratechnics bushes. Clutch has almost given up and slipping all the time on...

@Daniel id get oem ones that are available and see if any of the other cosworth places have anything. Im well out of the loop with the cossies now so not sure who to recommend

Id be tempted to go to a specialist and get oem for the pas and water. Every time i use generic they seem to be slightly too small or too large, resulting in fail.

As far as i know the map Chris loads to the ecu is only a base map to get you to the dyno, i would take it steady unless you have the gear to log afr’s etc. He will sort the hesitation and start issues when its mapped.

Id be tempted to take it to an exhaust place and get it modified for more clearance if any more issues. Exhaust place remade mine on the Kangoo and no issues since.

Get the box rebuilt, most 2nd hand gearboxes will be of similar drippy seal
