You've got a very small amount of toe in on the rear end compared to some that I've seen tbh mate. What condition are the rear dampers in?

M16x1.5. You can get a Gold plug which has a magnet built into it, but there's already a magnet inside the gearbox to pick up the metal particles?

@shu90 the oil jets can be removed by welding a piece of threaded bar on the top of them and using a slide hammer. Simple. Just note the position of them on/in the block before you remove them. For refitting you can't knock them in too far otherwise the skirt of the piston will hit them and...
