You'll need some of the plates with the nut welded on them mate yeah. Can't remember wtf they're called! You're welcome to pop over if you want to take a look at how mine are.
It could be the clip that retains the 2nd gear selector hub has worn. It will only show when it's under maximum load, but eventually it will show all the time if not looked at.
Or it could be the engine/box moving on its mounts. Check these first as they're substantially cheaper than the box...

I really do rate the gen90 mate. Properly packed full of features, but potentially a bit busy on on some of the screens. I've not done anything to do with mapping since I had my Astra and that was on...
It wasn't so bad on the old engine as I could pretty much turn the key and drive off. Not the case with the new build! The cold oil pressure at 110psi dictates this! Lol!

It's a shame you can't still buy the original aquamist water injection system tbh. They were very much plug and play, but now they appear to be mappable and significantly more expensive!
