Usualy they can't read your trafic without informing you. But like I say read your IT AUP. Cause they may have a clause saying they can monitor you anytime they want.

Be careful they aren't monitoring your network traffic. MSN sends messages in an unencrypted format. Very easy to sniff of the network. Read your AUP make sure you don't end up in the s**t. And don't say anything bad about people art work via MSN!!

Had a oil seal changed at renult Watford. The service was nothing short of exceptional. They were really really good. Took a few days but the work was good, car well cared for and it was washed inside and out when i picked it up. ::)

Endsleigh got back to my gf and said they would make the changes for free. It was the manager who had originaly promised the student discount regardless of the fact she was graduating soon after renewing her policy. To his credit he remembered telling her this and said they would honour it...
