P.P.S Just like in your other thread Elephant were very helpful and kind and the car was booked in and repaired promptly. But don't buy their B**ls**t about sorting your claim out! Keep on their backs.
I am still with Elephant as they managed to f**k up even more and leave me with my no...
Don't mean to be the voice of gloom.
But my dealings with Elephant and their contact to the 3rd party and witnesses were nothing short of awful
It took them 3 months to get details form the police and about 6 months to settle the claim. The claim was steeled 50:50 even though there was...

Hi All,
My clio is due it's first service real soon. I am a little hazy on the subject of getting this doen by a non renult dealer.
My preference is to get this done by my usual mechanic. (who kept my petrol Megane going up to 117k with no major problems.)
He says he can stamp my book...
I drive a clio dynamique DCI it is light blue. Sadly I was working (for penuts) in Glenrothes and commuting from Stirling. So had to go for a desil. Working closer to home now. So hoping to upgrade soon :-)
Although i might be moving to London in the summer so might need to get rid of the car...
It shouldn't be although they will probably try and blame your paint for any required warrenty work!
I can see it now ......
"So sir you need a new boot lock unfortunatly that will be caused by the paint u put in the engine bay. So you will have to pay!"
Cheers again guys. It was on the road between Kincardine bridge and Stirling. just before Airth the bit just before Burgoynes Garage. Only went that way caue of roadworks on the motorway! Hate that road had my only crash (with me driving) on it.
