Sounds like you've got a couple of options then mate. Swap to a known working uch or painstakingly check all the wiring for any breaks.

Well you need to find a ignition + and an earth point from around the dash area. The earth can be the dash bar basically, or anything metal that's attached to the bodyshell. The ignition positive needs a multi meter to locate, but there's one in the wiring for the wiper/indicator stalks. The...

Yeah it did alright for itself.

It's now on Ast sportline 2's and significantly stiffer springs all round. That's what's on the car in the oulton video, but everything else as listed above. No diff either.

In that video it's Grp n cam timing, Grp n ecu (genuine), Btb 2.5" stealth with decat and v6 airbox bolted directly on to the throttle body. Suspension wise it's on the old kw's (v2's) and the roll centre kit. Brakes are hc plain discs and ds2500's all round.
