ask the guy that does time attack on here in a clio. he runs the AST's that ive got but curtis has revalved them and put much heavier springs on them and they are a full track/race setup.

Yeah they do sound awesome but vids do them no justice. They sound soooo much better in real life :)

He said BEST track/race coilovers. H&R's are great for the road but way too soft for proper track use.

vids are piontless when it comes to throttle bodies. It does absolutely nothing for the sound and the car HAS to driven. Ill get one done sometime tho. Off to the ring on 1st August :)

2 days as they were taking pics for the instruction manual that will come with them if you wanna fit them yourself.

I want to fit an oil temp gauge in my 182. Has anyone done this and if so whats needed etc. I know i need a sensor and gauge and i know how to wire it up etc but is there a spare plug in the sump on the 182's??? If not has anyone done anything else Any help would be great :) Dan

Omex themselves didnt dyno the car before and after. Theyve done all the testing etc etc on their own car and have dyno'd a fair few 182's in standard trim and seem to be all within 2-3bhp between them all. Around 168bhp on THEIR dyno. maybe more on others obviously. The gains are 26bhp at peak...

like ive said before and ill say it again. all depends on what the original car produces, whos dyno your using etc etc. I really am not bothered at all what the power figure is because you have to drive it to understand. Put it this way, its miles quicker everywhere than a standard 182!!!!

no your right, no cuts etc :) ur not missing anything. slam panel is removed but kept all grill panel :)

Why exactly??? The cold air feed on the right of the engine bay does nothing anyway and i will remove it soon. The reason i havent had the plastic grill panel cut in front of the throttle bodies is because omex have done endless tests to see if its better with or without it and they have noticed...

They have done claims. There own car has this kit on and produced 26bhp more at 7400rpm. But that means absolutely nothinkg. U have to drive it to see the difference. Like i said, day and nite is the only way. It absolutely nothing like a standard car.

2790 for bodies and free fitting. ive just paid for locking bonnet pins and fittin of those. 2970 inc vat :)

Depends what the car is producing in standard trim. I bet its nowhere near 170 bhp. Omex dyno'd their 182 before they put the bodies on and it only produced 166 bhp. Proof is there but also depends on which dyno. The difference from one to another can be absolutely massive!!!!

i run r888's in 195/50/15. cant tell any difference and can run more camber :)
