Theres no reason why it should use more fuel. The car will be more efficient and less restraining it. I agree. H&R's are brilliant for road and a tiny bit of track but you can get far far better for track use for not an awful lot more money I have the AST kit and with the adjustable damping etc it is far better package especially if u are using it on track. You can also choose spring weights...

Not lower will not make it stiffer. Youll just have no suspension travel. When u run out of suspension travel you will just get understeer. Also what size wheels are u using? 16's and quite low will rub like hell on track!!!

I couldnt agree more. The slam panel does look better. BUT! As we all know the bonnet catch is sh*te. Not exactly reliable! Also running the longer 90mm trumpets makes a big difference over the 60mm's. More torque etc etc. I want the best out of them seen as im spending 3 grand! The trumpets...
