Yeah was from a trade dealer in Gatwick.
£1800 difference?? Has the price been knocked down from £7990 then?
Just the car on your first post is advertised at £7990, my 182 cost me £5200 which is £2790 difference for 30k more miles and a year older :S
I'de say it over priced. There are plenty more good examples out there for a cheaper price with that milage.
I picked my BG 182 with Cup Packs up for £5,200 with 40,000 on the clock and with the cambelt done.
Just be travelling on the M25 at 5mph for over 20 miles. Such joy when your dying for a piss. I must of seen at least half a dozen people stuck on the way.
***Also If anyone gets public transport in London there will be NO buses... Not even one...***
Standard 2.2i coupe and SRi's are slow.
When I had the 206GTi it stuck with both with ease and the 206 is no hot hatch aye.
If my old 206 could keep up, your 172 will have a comfortable win.
Std vs std of course :)
Battery I believe. The ticking is your starter motor. If you have no other car in your house or jump cables try a push start. Can pick battery's up pretty cheap from a scrappy these days.
But yeah sounds like a battery prob.
I would of thought if it was the spark plugs it would have a poor start up. but at a twist of a key it fire's up strait away.
This morning coming in to work it ran perfect up until about 5 minutes later it started to loose power again. It seems to start well but but when warming up it seems to...
Had the car for one day now and I have my first issue.... yippeee :(
The car seems to start up fine with no problems but as soon as I pull away the little orange, engine light appears flashing in the right hand corner and the car seems to struggle to get power.
Further on when I'm cruising...
Best: Nokia N95 8g. Quick and does the job.
Worst: Nokia N96.... Take for ever too boot up and always crashing and freezing.
Although... It has better build quality as it has withstand my ''Throw against the wall tantrums'' quite well....
How good are these Millteks? I do about 80% motorway driving and I need something that's going to be suitable for cruising along at around 70. Are they pretty good for the motorways
I agree....But I've just bought a 182 :(
Car looks brill. They stand out a mile them Cups. I've seen two so far and each time I end up dribbling on my seat :)
I know just how you feel. Was ment to pick my 182 up today but but it waiting on new rear shocks so I'm going to have to wait another week now. This week has taken long enough to come and now I got to wait another weeks. grrrr the bloody pain.
The more I wait and drive my current car the more I...
I had this very same problem in the 206. I would be going with the flow around a corner and the car just simply always seemed to want to tail off. Found it to be just ONE of the shocks causing an imbalance at the rear. The worrying thing is it had been checked at Peugeot twice and they noticed it.
This thread makes us British seem like the nicest people on earth lol.
I've had 2 comments when I had my orange 206GTi. One was a fat bird saying how nice the colour and the other was a GTI 180 owner saying he wished he still had his old GTi.
Apart from that and the odd 206 owner looking that...
