Same here guys, i've been frantically turning my wipers on and off to try activate/deactivate this.......it doesn't work but if anyone knows a way that does i would appreciate it, i hate my auto wipers :(

I bought a progressive drill and a 10mm grommit to do mine, made a new hole away from the rest of the wires, much less hassle than feeding it through the existing grommit :)

Have you checked the fluid?........if it's running dry it might be protesting about wanting to work hard, failing that try greasing any obvious point of contact.

I'm sure we'll be able to check your timing somewhere along the route, should be easy to tell just by the feel of the accelleration and whether it comes on cam at 5k, i had my belts done last september and since then it feels spot on :)

Looks lovely, my sister had an S3 till last year,she loved it till the oil pump packed up on the motorway without thinking of warning her so after a few miles of running dry it finnaly seized fully and never ran again :( They are gorgeous cars though, i used to love the electric leather seats :)
